This was one of your worst trades. It ALMOST got stopped out by 2 points just to turn back and go into the green by 18 points. You missed the opportunity to lock in at least a minimal profit/breakeven and you ended up with a 48 pts loser...

Maybe scale out next time ?

:)

LOL, what is this, a pile-on?#!?!!  :p

T-Day theory made for a brutal market today. The early shorts, who thought they're ship had finally come-in, ended up getting their @$$es totally handed to them.

A great arguement for booking profits when you have them, if ever there was one (speaking of scaling-out). :D

Actually, scaling in would make more sense for him. Since his full size is 20 contracts, he could do 4-4 contracts with each 2-3 points moving in his favour.

Or he could use Surf's death channel entry strategy, after all the market has to pass a certain level to go trending...

How to initiate a sell recommendation on "Wall Street" banks ? That`s right, begin with GS and let JP Morgan follow...

Short 1079.00 or better. Target 1039.75.

Strange as it may sound, isn't there a risk of a gap-and-go before a sell-off later in the week (which may not happen today)?

Yeah, lets hope so.

These overnight 10pt gaps are purecrap (puretick? ... LOL) to deal with, especially when you know they're just gaming the system.
