Quote from Lawrence Chan:

ES price zone is harder to figure out for the longer term.

For NDX, it is obvious that it will be bought back down to 1550 area soon, likely in a grind sell kind of price action to get there.

LC, what do u mean by bought back to 1550..........?

thanks

Can you define grind sell? As in choppy?

Quote from Lawrence Chan:

The imbalance in the # of index future contracts traded vs. the underlying gave them out.

How do you see this? I don't get how one compares the futures volume to the underlying.

Quote from Lawrence Chan:

Short.

Buy programs to push underlying prices up. And lock in at breakeven or better with futures.

And piggy back their real shorts through futures, options, etc.

The imbalance in the # of index future contracts traded vs. the underlying gave them out.

Daily and weekly bars do not zoom into new territories without overlapping actions.

NDX will have to go back down to somewhere below 1600 soon.
