We are at R2 on daily. Last time when market was able penetrate this line and stay there was in the middle of 2005.
Very rare months when it happens in the trading.

you wrote R2 on Daily?? Did you mean R2 on weekly or Monthly or some other higher time frame?

One note. I looked a bit back and always when market was able go above R2 on daily and "continue work there" (so not falling bellow the line or stay there last 1-2 days in month it was in situation similar to this one.
When point distance from S2-R2 is relatively small compared to previous months.
It still looks tome that swing short with some adding today is low risk trade.
