Good call, fundalmentally I don't understand why the market went up today, but I trade price or at least I try to.

Combine the other graph with this graph. You can see the gap resistance which was my target. Previously to today's rise, there was obvious accumulation. You can see price revolving in a saucer type pattern.

Combine all this with the seasonality factor as demonstrated in the other graph.

Will appreciate ur input on how to do something knowing it does justmake sense.............just doesnt make sense

NFP is horrible............and its getting bad, they kept revising it down.

I can understand a flat mkt today.........what i dont really get is the 1% up.

Just couldnt pull the trigger.

Pls let me in on how u guys do it
 
So if i am reading your chart correctly, if we break through 1016, then we should easily see 1020. If we break 1010, we should easily see 1005.

Confirming that 1016 is resistance - but it still looks like a put-up job. After failing to get anywhere near 1016 for two days we have this frantic noontime, pre-labor-day-Friday jam session.

Any bets that we gap down 30 points on Tuesday a la August 17th?
