Spooz, I shoulda worded it differently.

It wasn't one print of 10K.

Rather, the 5-minute bar ending 0800 finished up two points higher on 10K.

I never short the ES anymore. It will always go up over time. Even if we get a big correction, you just have to chose your buying points well and you will be fine when it rallies back up again.

Especially since you seem to add to losers anyway, you're 10 times better off going long. Shorts are fighting against the government. Odds stakced against you.

LOL, normally I'd say that advice is nuts.

But as we have all seen, taking it most likely would have enabled some people here to retire (if it hasn't already).

The government wants to pretend that we're in a bullmarket, so until they say different, I actually couldn't agree with you more. Yesterday's "sell-off" was pathetically weak, and I'm pretty confident we're going to go even higher in today's session. :eek:

The (PP) is sitting at 1027.50, that doesn't give us much of an opportunity for those who want to buy-this-dip.

Provided this move continues, I see no reason why it can't hit 1040 (R2) in today's session.

Price action will pretty much tell the story.

Quick Answer. Been shorting on and off. Had a GREAT Monday & Tuesday; even Wednesday - made more than I lost Thursday & Friday. Trying to post and read less to see if that helps my trading and focus. Being new, I often allow what I read affect my trading.
