Quote from Buy1Sell2:

Short 20 here at 934.75 basis Sept 09.
Initial stop 1028.00

---Will stay short here for the moment. There is a strong possibility of a large pullback here.
---Protective buy stop lowered to 929.75
---Keeping the leash tight here with the stop remaining at 929.75. (06/22/09)
---No change to my position today. Staying short with the stop at 929.75. I will accept the possibility of my gain going back to a mere 5 point win, for a possibility of a larger downside move (6/23/2009)
--Keeping things the same here today (06/24/09)

Back to $13,015 (as of 889.50) from $12,250 yesterday - still holding 2 longs.

Made up 15.25 points using the extra 2 contracts I can trade during RTH. Did not post trades as I really needed to pay extra attention to what I was doing as well as just being a bit leary of what I was doing after yesterday.
BUT it feels good to grind out a profit after the self-inflicted disaster yesterday.

THANKS to all for the encouragement - to some maybe more than others :D
I'm no quitter; I just have to continue to stay alive long enough to get enough experience to know things for myself as theory, other's wisdom, and even your own head knowledge only goes so far.

This is one of the hardest things to do, hold a position thru major drawdown. As traders mature it gets easier, but is never fun. I was reading some articles on tape reading and found one of our very own, thanks LC. Some good stuff in here.

Bigpipn or LC - someone who knows..

Please chime in on the currency market action today - that is really where the action is! And I just dont know enough to read between the lines other than assuming part of it is due to bond auctions/fed decisions later this week - HUGE moves though.

The current moves in USD are no longer directional across all majors.

Something is changing thus it can be the precursor to a huge move in indices.

The problem is that it is not giving a direction at all.

That is very summer like behaviour. =)
