Granted that we reach the LOD at 920, we will then need to reach up to 944 before plunging. That would be the measured move.

like i said, i like to seperate myself from the rest of the perma bulls.
Today may not be the cleverest day to blindly go long and assume the market will bail me out. One needs to recognise this in my view.
From a medium term point of view, depending on how the next few sessions play out, i may have to re-asess my 1000 target. We'll see what happens. I made more points though in this last few months than I have in years of struggling since ive changed my method

Alright folks, short 943

I went long at 949 this morning and the market just ran off before I had the chance to put in a stop-loss and there I was just staring at the screen as the market gapped down by 9 pts..

I was still paralyzed as it went all the way down to 934 and then back up.. I just covered it at 941 for an 8 pt loss.. but I am kicking myself in the ass.. I've already blown up my account once before and I swore I will set and respect my stop losses..

In any case I have enough money in my account to basically trade a 2 lot.. I will probably be using a "natural stop" as LC puts it.. and some profit target..
