It sounds pretty downright convoluted, but if you get the hang of it it ain't that bad. I usually have another tab open with my trades already typed in the message window. Once the trade goes through, I simply press the submit button.

Hence, for those wise but lame heads who say they have no time to post their trades in real time, I say you're full of crap. Sorry, this wasn't meant for you Ken.

I think it's on an intraday basis, like 5-minute interval. I personally don't place much faith in these intraday patterns. Plus, shouldn't IHS be located at the BOTTOM of the chart?
