When I mentioned a possible IHS on the daily chart it looked like the right shoulder could retrace to 800... however, the fact that it didn't, and is much shallower is bullish, and leads me to suspect this pattern is correct.

Wouldn't surprise me to see a fake out through the neckline first.

But what bothers me is the retracements are shallow and when they are usually smaller than 7 it can lead to a trend move.

That is what is giving me fits ....I can't get a grip on a 6'er on the down side ...running about 1:6 at the moment. Upside a lot easier.
