Once/if Globex low gets taken out. It's a definite go. Some (S) here 1182-1184.

There are other filters that I used when I did that study a while back. An outside day with an outside and up close after there has been a long decline is different than an outside day with an outside and up close after a short-term rally.

That said, an outside day with a down and outside close in a downtrend tends to be short-term bullish (the next day).

Previous day RTH 50% is 61-62

If we hold from here and take out PP at 66, new high is expected.

Edit: Not that I am bullish. Am short since PP broken and acted as resistance. =P
