depends on chart time frame vol......but yes that is a default setting on many charts.....i like mine better.......on 15 min chart....tick is a funky little munky...one has a great inclination to change his stuff when the market does the unexpected..and we have a day that disappoints....can u smell them poke chops vol?

volente, very serious now.....what do you consider scalping points on the nq....? i have the es concrete....2....no joke , very serious...I do not have the answer for nq ...am one who respects your time and effort put forth...i have a point target system for riding runs so that is no issue...I love scalping...like the excitement and challenge....still always with the trend and using tick chart.keeps r/r in it's box.....for opening the gate....15 min gives the trend and other stuff...... scalping the nq ......? points? remember scalping means all in all out otherwise u r riding the run......or attempting to........

an observation:

please feel free to correct me if i'm wrong, but pekelo's dragon formation seems to be similar to synic's measured move statements in this regard:

distance from failed second bottom traversal is same as measured move from second top to bottom.

sorry, i can't do the chart thing, but if you look at pekelo's dragon chart, you'll see that pekelo's height from first top to first bottom is same as height from third top (failure point) to third bottom. likewise, synic's measured move says the same thing. the only way in which they differ is that pekelo predicts how high the third top is (i.e., half the first height or 50% retracement) and synic just follows whatever the third top is in predicting the third bottom.
