covered 820,good call dingo,LC and jss glad to see u back, pretty sure that was the bottom,$djt didnt follow down on last selloff ,stayed at least 15 points off its low

TY.

There is not even one bounce of 10 pts or more ....

Some form of new low in ES is expected in a day or 2.

My guess is that ES slided too slowly into the support zone, making it very hard to "break the ice".

Testing big trendline...

Interesting enough, on my chart, the pivot number 816.75 almost matches the TL number. This is my magic number. Let's see whether iit is the case.

A lot of the Elliott Wave guys think that we are headed to new lows after the top was made (the past few days).

Sort of agrees with B1S2's longer term thesis, too.

It's very critical that we stay afloat above 820. Any head fake aside, were we to break down, step aside. We could see 805-807 as the possible target. But then again, when does a noob like me get anything right? :D
Anyone took the hint? {wink, wink}

820 Beats 817. Missed the bounce.

817 serves as an important support, but what you overlooked is the major TL extending back to 11/21 -- which coincides with 820.

HOWEVER, keep in mind that this TL is dangerously close to breaking down. This is the THIRD time it's being knocked by us bears. Three is usually the maximum that it can withstand.

Again, good luck and don't fight the tape.
