It actually works in ANY timeframe but I was refering to the 5 mins. Here is the NDX W %R for today, with 2 obvious buy signals. NDX gave clearer signals than SPX...

All 3 indeces missed the best possible entry at 10:25, but hey, nothing is perfect...
