Although it was a down day, we broke out of the SDD pattern before 1 pm. So the whole long at the close rule doesn't apply. On the other hand we had a double bottomish finish with RSI divergence and we have the "2nd gap rule" insurance overnight, so a mild upgap is not out of the question.
