If Wave's projection of 40s is to hit, there are 2 levels of great interest,

1. 50% of this month at around here.

2. Dec close at 903

NQ has a gap up there from low 50s to mid-70s. Da bomb for bears.

Steve Forbes was on CNBC this morning and said stocks will take off in 2009.
