Quote from swing-scalper:

Even though there is a gap below, the pace indicates no selling pressure at all, which means that the gap is not going to be filled now and the market wants to move higher.

SS

what is your pace, how do you measure it?

It will trade back to 46, there is a rhyme and reason for everything.

Volente, I always appreciated your trading expertise.

My pace is that my feeling of market flow, like tape reading. No objective way to measure it. Sometimes I aslo look at some simple wave patterns.

Define filled now ?

A lot of shorts got smoked out on than 12 point spike up when es had first reopened. How many more do you think lost on the move from 50 to 64 ? The spikes are orchestrated to distribute what was bought earlier when they were accumulating around 800. How many longs are sitting on profits right now since yesterday cash close ? This game is all about mean reversion and in the end when the majority is sitting on the most profit, the lions will pounce for the kill.

What's left to cut NEXT TIME? :D

Policy changes are next

"Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke said officials were focusing on "credit easing" policies that rely on lending or the purchase of securities to lower private borrowing costs"
