Yeah, tell me about it. After having slugged a big sip of whiskey, I went all out short at the close and this shit happens. What got me in was the comfort of knowing that we closed below 850 and, thanks to Uncle Sam, we're now hovering near 850.
 
Might take a long pos in the $ tonight after 9 or 10 because common sense says the dollar should be going to shit and the chart looks yummy to go to 88.

ES goes to 870 no prob 2morrow. just trade the channel.

FWIW there is an ihs in es going on in ah. I'd be leary of shorting it until later in the night.

Defenitely getting close to some pivots. But I would not hold the short position for long.

Tomorrow (barring any bad news overnight ) has a good % to be a trend up day.

Rreally hate to see good set-ups appear in AH since I don't trade AH. What a near-perfect TL touch and bounce from 838-839 area !!!

Stolen trades in AH. What you can say?
 
Call me crazy, but the wedge shape (more clearly visible on 240-tick chart) along with that 1000+ contract bar on the 1-min spike to 52.50 has me interested. Doubt it'll work, but its a small trade.

Short 852, stop 853.50

853 makes the 38.2% major retracement...

stopped... news driven trading...you usually get a decent bounce after a 1000+ contract 1-min bar during AH.
