Any meaningful attempt at recovery is looking weak so far. We will likely to be trading in a range before breaking down again.

Welcome to the bull's hideout! Bears be careful. I'd rather wait and see if the level is broken and become resistance before shorting.

the CL is getting ready to roll back over to 39ish huge numbers just went through on the sell side. Lets see if the es follows suit

this morning the lag and correlation worked out wonderfully!

Quote from Lawrence Chan:

A retest of 898 to 900 is not out of the question if we cannot print any lower by noon.

A Wyckoff spring (failed downside breakout) at the opening range low (around 10:35 EST) implies a retest of opening range high.

Not in this current environment when one friggin' excuse after another is crafted on a daily basis to prop this market up. Who knows what the hell could be in store for next Monday? By then, they'll spin and contrive another bogus story and write off today's employment number as "old news".

We have no control of that, so I pass.

i think some of u are lil to technical and need to relax and manage risk. all these studies are estimates and in the grand scheme of things dont really mean much... watch the price action u will see buyers and sellers. Also use the KISS method. you would be surprised at how well it works..

Yes, thus the need to invalidate that before noon :)

Edit: The spring's volume is too weak too. So I am neutral at the moment. As I said, by 1 pm the mkt will give us the answer, no need to rush in on either side :P

well said lets start a commodity pool together and call it KISS Management!

I rather value the tech input here tremendously. That's why I follow it. For the price action and KISS method I don't need to be here ...

The tech calls made by some of you here has been extremely good. No KISS method would have given you a more disciplined way of trading the ES. So keep it coming is my point of view.
