covering 1/4 of my short here (selling FAZ @ 11.35) ... moving stop to BE (FAZ @ 9.28)
... these stress test results could whipsaw the hell out of this market. Anyone know if there is an exact time they plan on commenting on them?

Hi wohc,
It's only fixed the moment it is initiated. Once the market starts moving, these percentages change as the market moves away from the area I made the adjustment. Every time I post with a new position in this journal, I'm taking into account the new deltas and their relationship to my futures/options positions. It's a bit more complex than this as it requires an intimate knowledge of volatility and its direct effect on your entire position, mainly the options part of it.
The answer to your second question is yes. I'm averaging down with my shorts and locking in profits along the way via hedges/shorts or vice versa (depending on the direction bias or directionless bias I have for the particular market/stock I'm engaging). Once again, there's much more to it than that as I can almost right a book about the concept, but it's something I've been attempting to get better and perfect for the last 6 years or so. In other words, it's an approach I have nearly mastered and truly enjoy to constantly extract profits while staying extremely relaxed at the same time. There are also many hazards if you engage incorrectly or lose your focus even for one day (I've been there and done that), so It's not for the inexperienced that's for sure. Thanks for your question. You know, I've been meaning to start a journal, soon hopefully.
