Looks like Eur/Jpy was trying to tell us big bounce is coming, lol. I attempted to buy E/J twice but was not filled on either (IG Markets-last day trading Spot FX with them).

Nice move.

Quote from Buy1Sell2:

Gap analysis is not an important consideration. It falls into the category of "too much information".

Then why did this reverse so hard from the Feb 13 th gap fill level today ?

:)

Quote from JSSPMK:

480m extending further divergences, confirms break of 760. I will be placing a sell order ticks below 800 & a buy order ticks above 820.

Best to all!

Great weather in England, bloody raining, again

Long trade was hardly fruitful, though the short was a nice earner on 2/3 position, 1/3 was pants.

Buy1Sell2: I saw your post regarding outlook on various charts...interesting, though nothing is guaranteed, but I do understand, current trend remains being up, I was referring to indications of a trend change, hence the mention of 760 break to confirm divergence, which you have mastered over the years :)

Saliva: After 20 years you ought to have learnt to trust your system, acting upon an impulse is a killer...as you know anyhow, I am sure you will get it all back & more mate :)

I quite like the way 120m is pointing to a continuation of the current trend, though 480m is still full of divergencies. For tomorrow I will keep entries same as today.

Best to all!

Today's effort to take price down below 800, which is support, failed. Selling was met with buying, and price closed within the previous range.

846 by the end of the week. Not a Joe Namath "guarantee"--hardened belief is for zealots, not for traders.

That should mark the end of the current move up. Ultimately, by July 4 weekend, the ES should move over 900 to a point where the unchanged level for the year will be reached.

1000 SPX would represent EXACTLY a 50% bounce off of the bottom. That should serve as rock hard resistance.

Vertigo, Brutus, and Lawrence, I'll explain in another message why 846.

Today's PA slapped me upside the head and taught me that I know nothing at all. I will stick to trading intermediate term w/ the momo counts. I am not a macro Economist, I tickphuk FX...

Ah that felt good.
