Seems impossible NOT to make money longing the ES! I guess there's the 1 in a million chance of buying it as a terror attack on the US takes place, but other than that.....
I would say im amazed at your constant success, but I used to visit here in the old days when the ES was down at 920 or something, and a trader called 'lexcorp' was calling for '1000+ very soon' whilst the whole 'ESjournal' thought he was crazy. He bought everyday and we hit his target. He remained bullish after that and minted money everyday as the index soared to 1080+ and eventually left the forum (i think), I assume out of lonliness!
Its a crazy instrument.
I suppose its true that there are things in place to ensure that it goes up over time, as you say. A definite bullish bias.
