"devious" .. as in "departing from the proper or accepted way"

With 4456 posts under your belt I would say that you are too modest when you say that you "ain't no regular here"

Ahhh...thanks for clearing that up. But if you haven's already noticed, 37.25 happens to be 2 ticks below the LOD. How is that considered as "departing from the proper or accepted way"? And, if so, by who's standard?

BTW I was inferring that I ain't no regular in this thread ("ES Journal") since I no longer actively trade ES.

Well, that's what I meant--27.25 is just 2 ticks below LOD, which is 27.75. Now you tell me why that is considered "devious".

The lack of selling panic today at the closing (still 8 minutes to the close, but assuming it ends calm) is what made me got out of my shorts. Keeping an eye to short again in the near future though
