There is no unfilled gap left behind in the last 4 days.
Wendesday's upgap was quickly filled in the first hour.
I think we just made the 2nd top this morning at 1071 and I would be surprized to break above 1075 SPX....

Mentioned that in the post - no gap for cash, just ES.

Edit: somehow the statistical bias is similar to your one using SPX =)
