I can't speak of NQ, but had this been any other times the trannies would surely have broken out to the upside by now. It's still far too early to draw any conclusion but I believe the climate is changing.

The PPT should be getting antsy about now.

One thing that still concerns me is the relatively low volume.

On a brighter note, I'm seeing big block orders showing up and hitting the bids more often than usual.
