960 is a good pivot to 1060...

760 sustained break could occur if consumers default on credit taking the major suppliers of credit under, or increasing short term borrowing costs even higher then they are further choking consumer spending.

interesting note from this news url related to 4 th quarter earnings ..

"I think a lot of CEOs want to put everything bad into the fourth quarter because the market expects it to be bad so why not put everything you can in there," he said. "There's going to be a lot of bad corporate news during the next few weeks, and that's going to reinforce the demand destruction theme for crude."

I think we need to keep this in mind as big picture perspective while forecasting S&P 500 for next 2 months in this ET forum , news Quote follows .........................
