got it buy 860 sell 920. drop and pop, problem is if the language in the statement is off, that seems to be the outlier. Anyone think this Madoff debacle is a black swan. :)
 
One thing that can pop the market way higher is doing a double whammy. They did that several times when it is obvious no matter what the fed does it will be bad (like today).

For example, 30 minutes after fed announcement, throw out a rumor or news release on say a confirmed auto bailout plan, etc.
