One of the issues that I find ever so confusing in intraday trading is 'eyes glued to monitor' syndrome. Remember that line from 'The Sixth Sense' - "...dead people only see what they want to see..." Intraday, that means whenever you dedicate a lot of time to constantly watching the p/a I stop seeing profitable opportunities against my bias, whenever I walked away from the screen & got back to it at a later stage I have managed to see the picture more clearly.

Glad I use alerts so I can do something besides look at the glass all day.
 
i usually dont trade t ween 11-12 30 cst ,but i think this is lunch time shakeout for afternoon rally,no selloff this morn to continue yestrdays rout
