Yes. It is 1204 right now. The 1201 was on the last oscillation.--- Or, I need a longer term buy signal which I have not received yet.--- If I miss it, so what--

New price level yet?

How the hell do you spooz days traders even survive with all these 5-10 point spreads (and 1-2 point spreads during lower volume times of the day), and paper is still willing to just hit the bid with size on the big SP contract??? Anyone trade the big contract or trade on the floor...I'm assuming its just a bloodbath down there....is the liquidity any better in the ES?
Virtually all retail traders (and a very high percentage of institutional traders as well) trade the ES S&P E-Mini contract.

It has extraordinary marke depth and one tick liquidity, so it doesn't have the slippage problem that the big contract has. Also, the big contract has a better spread, so with the current volatility I don't believe that slippage you mentioned is too extreme.

Quote from Lawrence Chan:

Very odd chart formation - 3 open gaps if today's gap is not filled by close.

That would surely be lucky for our eastern investors. It would bring in a flood of money from the sovereign wealth funds to save the day :D
