unlike all the other news, this is big as buffet IS market confidence. If he thinks the financials have bottomed, it will bring a lot of buyers out of the woodwork.

They almost always do.
I was frantically looking for info as to why GS was running up hard into the close with the ES hitting lows. Now we know.
I am not sure why almost no one is ever caught for insider trading but you can see obvious evidence of it all the time.

Yes, volume is useless unless you know how to read it.

I agree to a certain degree. When Buffet walks the walk people tend to notice and act accordingly.
