And I think it should be 10% for RTH.

Sorry, posted Q2 limits... here's Q3, very similar. The Q2 pdf contains more important details of how/when circuit breakers kick in however.

I believe you are correct. No short. They are buying the crap out of it.
 
I told you it would be fast and furious. I wanted to buy in at 1204 but I wanted to wait until it first hit 1201 1200 and relaxed a bit.
I didn't want to get long and get dragged down with the market. there is just too much panic right now.

don't be fooled. the 60 min chart is crazy heavy. not done to the downside just yet. this could very well just be some profit taking on the shorts who got in about an hour ago.

If it were serious cash pouring into the market "long" you would see a violent upswing.
