Quote from ammo:

it built a ledge or top of 1st step at 1290 ish on your graph, then once up to 1311-13,i think we revisit that ,stall, make a 2nd step, get everyone short, and take it up to 1330 ish for 3rd step before coming down, just an opinion,i always look for 3 steps

I'm assuming that's fairly short term (let's say, by next tues)?

just a guess, worst case scenario, spec is right and we break 1200,next support is 1070,the news is always over and underreported and i'm not a economist so everything is pretty much a hunch

1280 taken out, they have started buying. Any upside momentum breakout is game for a big move. Any upside breakouts should look to be held to 1330.

With the sentiment now being bearish, why do u think there's upside potential ? J/C

sentiment:
1 a: an attitude, thought, or judgment prompted by feeling : predilection b: a specific view or notion : opinion
2 a: emotion b: refined feeling : delicate sensibility especially as expressed in a work of art c: emotional idealism d: a romantic or nostalgic feeling verging on sentimentality
3 a: an idea colored by emotion b: the emotional significance of a passage or expression as distinguished from its verbal context
synonyms see feeling, opinion

Wiseman, not very wise to trade or invest on sentiment, emotion or any sort of subjective reasoning. You really want to win, you want it bad enough? Devise a real trading edge and you will win in the markets.

wiesman,

intentions, news, events, all visible before it ever hits the wires right there for you. You just have to figure out how.
