With this 30-40 points yo-yoing it seems to me he could/should keep locking in gains after a decent selloff and reshort when it bounces back. A few months ago he said he had other things to do, but lately he has been hanging out here instead of putting bodylotion on well endowed ladies on the beach, so I don't see why not to play the ups and downs, since if one waits long enough in both directions he can be right .

We bounced back from the SMA on the daily and today put in another bottom with RSI divergence, so I hope the next 2 days we will go through the SMA finally. In that case he would be stopped out at 1296....

tomorrow is a hold day. that means up from here, down from here, and ending up around breakeven. that's all my system tells me. it doesn't tell me which order the ups and downs come in. i have to fill in the gaps.

if i had to guess, i'd say down first, make people panic out of long positions. then up, making people panic out of shorts. then when everyone is thoroughly confused, go back to breakeven, frustrating everyone and making them throw in the towel.

we are at the lowest close of the year, making me wish i watched cnbc, so i'd know what the pundits are saying. if i had to guess, i'd say the talking heads are adding fuel to the fire, trying to make everyone panic and capitulate.
 
A test of Tues globex low is in the cards thurday IMHO. They will prob try to open this higher and then march it down.

Open higher break down through globex low (stop everyone out, then march this higher and stop everyone on the topside.
Easy enough in this market.

Freddie has got to be a buy, Federal gov cannot afford to have these to 2 go under and then have 5 trillion dollars in debt added to the US gov deficit. Sorry I expect some sort of gov action in the next few days. Freddie and Fannie have to stay afloat with a higher stock price to get this housing situation back in order.
