LC, can you offer any sort of reason why overnight action in the NQ does not support higher ES.

NQ momentum usually gives you 2 to 1 ratio for opening gaps.

e.g. if ES going to gap 9 pts, usually we see 15 to 18 pts gap in NQ.

If that does not happen, the mkts usually reverse direction after 2 hrs of trading. Very predictable.

RSI and MACD histogram are absolutely wonderful tools when applied to ES. When used in conjunction with Bollinger Bands and fractal trend following analysis which includes prudent money management, they just can't be beat when looking for extend gains-- Ishmael.

One way or another the mkts will force for a direction.
