This the ES journal, but I will comment that if this were me trading, my stop would be 112'050" right now if I was on a lower timeframe.:)

Today's a little more difficult to call than Friday. I would say that shorts are favored

I would say we close down 10-12 points. I expect the SMA bounce and the DJX ended Friday exactly on the SMA, the SPX needed a few more points, but that's OK.

So if we close down 1345ish cash, that would make a nice doublebottom on the daily and setting up for a decent advance of 40-60 points....

/stopped out

won't post any zb trades here sorry
It looks to me like perhaps you are buying well after the move has started and then are getting stopped out with a fairly close stop. I think it would be good to see if you can find a way to get in earlier so that when you are getting stopped , it is with profit. For example, this ZB move started at about 3:15 this morning at 112 030. If you had bought there, the stopout at 112 090 or the stop out at 112 050 would have both been profitable. If you are just looking at the screens for the first time this morning when you made your trade, then it would be most likely better to just wait until a new set up long arrives as your initial trade was several hours later than the move started.

I think that we have to go at least 20 to 25 points lower to have a shot at a more permanent upside. I agree that right now the shorts have it, but I will not short yet. If I'm wrong and I miss, then all I have done is miss opportunity. :)

buy1sell2,

thanks for your reply,
i wouldn't know how to recognize a trend earlier, both you and jsspmk have mentioned histograms to me in pm, but i don't understand this.
