No market is that precise. The only thing that needs to be precise in any market is the stop not being more than 2 percent of TLNW and making certain it is outside of the noise. Then trail the stop outside of the noise. If you instead use a profit target, then allow the full trade to go to the target. Personally, I use trailing stops in search of a bigger winner with a constantly smaller stop out. I never ever risk more than 2 percent of TLNW on any one trade/idea and this is where the rubber meets the road. :)
 
b1, what is your definition of tlnw ?

Say you also have a wheat trade on that has 50k of capital tied up, is that considered in your calculation when figuring your stop for an es trade ?
