blaster, keep doing what your doing, enjoying your posts, nice trading, you trade like your driving in rush hour, keep getting out of slow lanes and into fast lanes, great at changing lanes,up,down

Maybe blaster is a nyc taxi driver.

The handle is fitting for the style of trading.

Quote from volente_00:

Actually the word anywhere is misleading. If one is constantly entering at the top of a reaction high long or short at the bottom of a reaction low then no amount of advice will make them profitable. Paul tudor Jones is one of the greatest traders in the world and is a contrarian. Any correlation ?

"anywhere" does not seem misleading to me ... it simply means "anywhere"

In my opinion, it is better to place the stop first and then fade the order flow for the least risk entry and always be aware that your comms are a small percentage of a tic.

Risk management is king if you are to ramp up your trade volume.

It's pretty apparent that if you don't give a trade adequate breathing room, you'll simply die the death of a thousand cuts.

that is one way of looking at risk management.

So now we go from anywhere to least risk entry ?

The two are not the same, hence why the term anywhere is misleading.

The difficult part is finding the correct balance between large enough to let the trade work, yet small enough to keep losses down. Most people's ego won't let them accept when they are wrong and that is why people fail at trading. They want instant gratification. Ego says give it to me now.

Quote from blaster1:

Short ES 10.25, stop 11.50.
Short YM 12907, stop 12917.

Edit: out ES 08.25 +2, out YM 12896 +21

You ever try scaling ?

Easy strategy to let those 2 point trades turn into 5,7's and even more.

Take "anywhere" up with B1S2, it is his choice of wording and certainly not mine.
