If a higher base has to be built - the sell-off must be fast and hard.
It must look as scary as it can be, while in fact the price level it lands at is higher than the previous important swing lows. Otherwise, a fake sell-off will turn into a real one when other supporters of the same side change their mind.

That ~1370.50 ES and 1859-60 NQ level is pretty critical.
