In recent memory sp rallies into fed meetings.

It's a still a bear until we turn solidly over 1345 (with volume + institutional participation + more bearish tone). It would be a slap in the face of Benny if the market doesn't turn around. Benny wrote a big check to the market. It is time for the market to reward him back. This will set his future for sure. However, there's nothing wrong with grabbing 10-20 point to the upside. The downside has been pretty much played out.
