Are you watching Daily histogram? It is looking rather bullish, wouldn't you say? If pattern completes at centreline cross, then would you still wait for 1410 touch or not?
 
Histogram looked bullish on 12/20 as well. We are in a downtrend still and as such, the system I developed has me staying short here. If stopped out, I will bank 75 points or so on this trade. :)

exactly my feeling................watching for a sell signal on a break of 19.50...........& there it is.
