victoria is beautiful, wonderful if you like outdoors activities and don't mind rain.

very rainy and very british...they like to have tea, they are partial to their rose gardens, etc.

right next to vancouver, an incredible city. the most polite people i have ever met. and lots to see and do.

if you're american, you might get a little frustrated with the slowness and lack of aggressiveness, however. if you're not working with them, or you have a lot of patience, or you're not american, you'd probably do just fine....
