It's back to the 50's again. ES closes at 1356.

Will I be selling the 50's again? Needs to be seen on Monday.

The markets are not random. Neither is any one market too large to be pushed around. A 26 handle move going into the last 30 minutes of the day, on a no news Friday is ample proof of that. However I'm sure some news is being manufactured for the cnbc talking heads to spout about. Also, it pays to wait for the market to give you money instead of fighting to take money from it.

I've been reading this thread now for a few months... is it me or have your profits been steadily growing each week?

Your wallet must be fatter as of late lol.

Yeah I'm not complaining, but I am sure that someone's ass is hurting. That's why I like to keep a tight stop. You never really know how far a trend will run for or against your position. Have a great weekend all.

things are improving, as I said before, at one point it just clicked.

That p/a into the close was so classically engineered towards positive closure of weekly bar, if they didn't do what they have done weekly bar would have engulfed last weeks' bar, almost like green light to bears.

if u think this rally was a fake, go back and check this again ,its barely moved,200 was 22%,150 was24.6%,100 was 25%, 50 was 36%, this rally could continue,.....70% in either direction is extreme, in other words when 30%or less are above those moving averages its oversold.,when 70% or more are above those MAs its overbought, its not a perfect rule but something to be wary of in extended mrkt moves

The Bureau of Trader Career Statistics today announced that 13 trader's careers ended as of the week ended February 22, 2008.

This was an increase of 2 traders over the previous week and and increase of 9 over year ago numbers. The trader's career ending ending 4 week moving average was pegged at 7.

"Many traders careers ended today on a massive rally" noted C. Moore Butts. "We have been expecting many trading careers to eventually end with this rally as has been widely posted on et."

Additionally Mr. Butts added, "We expect many more trading careers to end in the coming weeks. Trading careers are like water and can wash away, wreaking major havoc like a major storm."

There has to be a lot of shorts just shaking their heads after that end of day bloodbath. They had those stops below 20 in their sights.

I hope we gap up on monday morning and then just trend up the entire day.

then another strong rally on tuesday.

that would put us somewhere close to 1400.then its just a stones throw to 1425, we take out those shorts and we can be on our way to 1500.

"Hope" is something for those talking their book. Not sure why you hope it does that unless you are loaded long. Let the market do what it is going to do and simply trade that direction.
