what direction will ES trend , in the 15 after bell, due to this last 15 min sell off? I'm familiar with CL after hour trends, but not too much with ES>, ANYONE, ANYONE, ..... Bueller, Bueller, Bueller?

if they can hold this 1320-1330 on monday... we should move up to 1395 and then this market will get mutilated... If it breaks below this zone we are retesting the lows.

If you're looking at a 1 min, 3min, 5min, potential for a spring are there.

Indeed, I really preferred the way 3 min chart (attached) looked. Very close on NQ.

You mention that you watch the Russell 2k future for some signs of where ES might be heading, I prefer NQ out of the 2, than again I haven't really spent THAT much time researching ER.

my gut is sensing a long term buy opportunity for this macro cycle.

:)

I am just interested what your thought process is here Spec.
Can you elaborate a little further please. I struggle with the fundamentals due to the amount of conflicting information. Hence, i am strictly a chart trader with little bias, i let the prices tell me whether i should be bullish or not.

I personally will not be bullish until the Dow can take out 13000. Thats how i will be playing my swing account anyway (trend following approach in swing account).
Until then i will be looking for selling opportunities in next few months.

Your macro analysis would be much appreciated.

b1s2,

Looking at a chart of the monthly cash S&P is this divergence your main signal to be bearish here? specifically the greenish lines. I know the image is crap sorry bout that. If you have this big of a divergence signal that spans a decade, how long of a hold are you looking at? Thanks.

Interesting. Is your main point that a long term short position to pay off may be really long or at the least indeterminable? Not challenging you in any way. Just asking.
