Well, I was going to just drop it, but since you called me out I'll press on. Why can't I get a simple yes or no answer to my question of whether Apex got 1 or more contracts filled @ 1490.25? Its not that hard of a question. And if the answer is yes, how was it he got filled when only 36 contracts traded at that price? If he was using an MIT order as he says, when 1490.25 was touched wouldn't the order have immediately gone to a market order? And, if so, wouldn't the only way for him to have been filled would have been @ 1490.50? Can a MIT buy order get filled at the bid if there are previously existing limit buy orders already at the bid? Doesn't the order immediately go to the ask to be filled?

Apex's incredible fills have had people scratching their heads before.

Maybe this is just another case of a typo.

Who cares? The question is this: Does Apex have something of value to contribute? I think the answer, self-evidently, is a resounding "yes". The rest is noise.

over the years, I pride myself in having developed a sense of the world or a pulse of the market. Taking many factors, media, newstories, price action, general feel of the momentary situation.

it has grown somber, and initially that somber feeling should carry over to next year. The financial landscape is a little bit different, and has a sense of being 'tired', there needs to be rejuvenation of sorts, since financials make up 26% of the SP500, they are a big part in how the overall index behaves.

there needs to be world changing event of sorts before, a new creation can take hold. Whether thats in the form of a global equity crash, or a remarkable new discovery.

A shift needs to take place. Our tech companies need to rework the way we do things and live our lives. They are still moving too slow to what could be possible. If I sense that catalyst coming, I will point it out.

A shift is taking place, has been and is accelerating. It's a morphic resonance, energy, tech, nukes and radicals. Things are about to get interesting....

Follow this room a lot to learn. I usually don't post, because I don't know much relative to you and some of the others on TA or markets. But marco, economic and historical perspectives I feel more comfortable with. My two cents is historically whether economic or political or whatever, it's always the sucker punches no one expects that get you. A few see it coming usually and they are vocal about it. But, no one listens to them. What they warned about happens. Then remembering what the ones that got it right the last time said, everyone expects the next even to reflect the ones who got it right before. But, there is few new people who see the next the next thing comng, but no one listens to them. The cycle continues. Do I know who has got it right about the next thing? No I don't know. But, it's mostly the unexpected that nails you. Well maybe this is only one cent worth.

Hey trendy, here are some of apex's old positions. Funny how the p/l is not decimalized...? The kid made like $500,000 that month, leave him alone!!!

That's a very bad example if you're trying to prove Apex82's legitimacy.

That's a blotter from NinjaTrader, and anyone who uses it knows that there are two rows of information, the top row is for the SIM account, and the bottom row is for the trader's real account.

Maybe that 100 lot is real, and maybe it isn't. You never really know.

Just realize where you are, try not to be naive, enjoy the experience for what it is worth, and take everything on these boards with a grain of salt.

Good trading,
