Looks like a bear flat to me here.

Short in AH from 1509.00 and 1508.25. Covered half at 1501.25 (lucky exit on a limit order), holding other half looking for 1496.

EDIT: Bear flag breakout here?

If my bear flag analysis is right, then prior 1501 support should now be resistance and we should have another leg down from here to the 1495-96 area. We shall see.

not the point, ol' timer. no one is questioning whether or not this is a capitalistic society. the point is that some have made the argument that he is trying to share his knowledge and help others by being here (i.e., altruistic motive). if he is doing it only to drum up business for an enterprise, this would call that assertion into question.

that other guy who started this whole argument (i forget his name) argued that apex was doing a bait and switch. come here, swagger, get people to follow and think he's great, then charge them. the argument is not whether apex (or anyone else) should, would, or could be altruistic. the argument is whether or not he has an alterior motive.
