I use the higher level structure to bias my smaller timeframe trading. I use confluence structures to buy back in a market that has rallied this far. Obviously, I prefer to get in at the open and hold till the close but I missed my fill by a point or 2 this morning. If your fearful then just dont take the trade.. simple as that. Or you could reduce the size in half or more. Trading scared will end up making you trade out of the zone.. so that is the last thing you want to do.
