Well, in that case the head should retrace up to 60 (neckline) and then come back down again to form the RS.

that or up to the 78% retrace of last swing and then test the zone. which was the exact high at 1449. I never use necklines.. thats where I take profits most of the time. I use the shoulders to confirm zones to look for low risk entry to hold on a larger timeframe.
