EDIT: I've been feeling really "in the zone" most of today, but since the Fed thing I'm now feeling like I've fallen out of the zone and am in a state of cognitive dissonance, so I think I'm going to quit for today. Been a great day for both my position and daytrading except for that last -2.5. I'm not quitting because of the -2.5 (minor), but because I just don't feel clear-headed any more, for whatever reason. See you guys tomorrow.
