I would go for it if it reached 1545. However, it is late in the day and I hate the unpredictability of the market from 3PM to the close.

ym was testing 40% and 60% from 2 lows while es was retesting the 50%. Long at 47.50.

If price retests 1547.00, or hits 1546.75 does anyone aout there think it would be a buying opportunity intraday?

saxon,
what is the importnace of 1545
My look for 1547.00 was just a retest of the low, sometimes it gets taken out by one tick and then heads upfor 3 or 4 points.
I had order in at 1547.00 (expecting a 1 tick undercut), did not get hit. now cancelled

Yes. I would love to see a spring and a bounce up; that would suggest a strong close.

I just like to play very conservatively in the afternoon and especially at the end of the day. 1547 was the LOD and I would give it another 2 point jiggle in order for me to bite. Even then, if the decent would have been too steep without any small pullbacks and on heavy volume,I would stay away.

Retest of 1447.00 missed by a tick. I take that as bullish. I'm long from 1548.50, close stop. Hope to hold into the close, although I'll try my best to trade what I see, not what I hope. :)

I try to stay away after 3, esp 3:30, for intraday trading. Countertrend trading at that point is too risky for my blood--it is too easy to get trapped.

If there is a strong intraday trend, I WOULD stay untll the close and pile on.
