Good battle going on... this POS needs to close near its lows or I will be getting nervous about being short....

Seems like a move up here... a lot of time has passed and more and more stops accumulating above the market...

Yes, we're rotating right below major resistance. generally, i'd say that would presage a big move down....but somehow, this doesn't "feel" like the game plan

i hate it when all i've got are "feelings"

Wow, I go out of town for a few days and I have 100 pages to read. LOL. Blackguard I agree with you, I am bullish here looking for a break of $1560.00, when is this going to happen? I have no idea as I am working on my omniscence, but I got to the party late. Why am I bullish, because money just got a whole lot cheaper. I think that at the moment the market doesn't have anything to discount, so we are drifting, look at the tape. As Buy 1 says take trades in the direction of the major trend (up) for the big swing, countertrend is fine too. Good trading all.

Are you saying that a falling dollar is bullish for U.S. markets?
 
ya.. not making any trades off it just bored watching my pnl...

We have been holding above the 30min high all day which you have to give some credit for the afternoon session. I am a hardcore bear but gettin nervous especially because we couldnt take out 1520.... that is major. If they hold this I expect new all time highs in the spx.
 
Also, first hour's volume was roughly double the average for the first hour's volume on the es over the past year.

That first hour was a reasonable move up.
