Quote from Spectre2007:

it can get mentally fatiguing, its akin during a 8hr period to driving long distances, secondary to the focus required. But only 1 derivative can be tracked intimately in terms of tic action.

I'm looking at a cockpit type seat that is reclined back inside a wire mesh ball, with flat panels afixed to the wires fixed together. Back problems become an issue after sittting for too long.

I know the various markets, like the back of my hand, I knew the macro markets would retrace, as I posted that the macro trade would be replaced.

usdjpy down
bonds.notes up
equities down

towards the close, and this precisely what happened. I try to jawbone the markets for public consumption.

Your trading set-up looks kool, and i have to say you are one very dedicated trader. It seems the market has taken control of you and i can understand if it has. I find myself getting more and more obsessed with the markets and trading everyday - granted i have just had knee surgery so i am immobile for awhile but i seriously think the markets will be my one true vice. Its similar to an addiction and trading seems to be on my mind all the time.

I guess non-traders don't really understand and my family as well as my girl get upset when i continually talk about trading lol I have to stop that :D

Anyway i hope to have a clear macro objective like you do in the years to come - guess it will put my Economics degree to use lol. Find it hard to base any of my trades on a macro objective as of yet because i am only in the market for a very limited time and i don't have the capital to keep numerous swing trading positions open at a time.

As for the back pain, well i am only young but due to weightlifting i have hurt my back in the past - sitting in a chair all day hurts like hell. I need to find some sort of solution to this before im seriously crippled in the future.

Keep up the good work.

rule of 10 long entry in AH

in at 93

stop 90.75
Although I agree with you that we're near the bottom (I have my limit order at 92.25), this is a pretty steep selloff and nothing tells me that it will stop anytime soon. That is, it might take some time to reverse.

Don't jinx me again good call last night on 85.

Well, you can't cap the Genie in a bottle for too long. :D

At any rate, just as I predicted, the AH market zigging and zagging while going nowhere.

I think the Nikkei will pull the ES up temporary once it opens, but by tomorrow morning it still can be down -5 or so and Friday is most likely will be a down day...
